It’s our first “LEARN HOW-TO” LUNCH SMART workshop!  The perfect ‘intro’ class to get inspired, educated and empowered to making mindful choices to our daily lunch battle!

Ever have a deep need for a snack that is sugary, fatty and/or crunchy?  It’s probably the 3 p.m. snack slump – It’s the mindless sluggish snack crave!  Of course, this reoccurring nightmare may have something to do with our work/life balance, but it also has a lot to do with our lunchtime food choices.  Most importantly, studies looking at the effects of what adults eat for lunch not only impacts how we feel but also reacts to how we function too.

Our workshops give you practical hands-on quick & tasty wholesome food alternatives that will satisfy your lunchtime hunger and keep you feeling fuller longer while avoiding the mindless 3 pm snack attack and get your through dinner prep to avoid the “HANGRY!”
